Interlake High School
As a Renewable School, Interlake High School in Bellevue, Washington is building a dedicated community of renewable energy educators, generating clean energy through their photovoltaic (PV) system and leveraging the system's performance data as an educational tool to bring energy topics to life in their classrooms. The PV system features a 4.2-kilowatt array of twenty-four 175 watt PV modules. Under full sun conditions, the system could light more than 300 compact fluorescent light bulbs.
